New & Used Sales Teams:
- Meeting New and L/Certified Sales Volume Targets
- Achieving Lexus Sales Retention Benchmarks
Service & Parts Teams:
- Meeting Service Repair Order Volume Targets
- Having a Dedicated Lexus Diagnostic Specialist (DS) Technician
- Achieving Lexus Service Retention Benchmarks
Other Criteria:
- Client Overall Satisfaction (“OSAT”) Survey
