Earning the coveted Elite of Lexus Award requires a multi-faceted approach to customer care. Only the top-tier of dealers across the nation are selected based on a variety of performance and quality metrics outlined by Lexus, including:

New & Used Sales Teams:

  • Meeting New and L/Certified Sales Volume Targets
  • Achieving Lexus Sales Retention Benchmarks

Service & Parts Teams:

  • Meeting Service Repair Order Volume Targets
  • Having a Dedicated Lexus Diagnostic Specialist (DS) Technician
  • Achieving Lexus Service Retention Benchmarks

Other Criteria:

  • Client Overall Satisfaction (“OSAT”) Survey
  • Dealership Facility Standards (Ensures that our clients are in an environment that’s as luxurious as possible.)
